Do I need to know what’s wrong with my tree?+

No. Describe what you can see and what you’d like help with. You don’t need to know the species or the technical terms. TreeCue does not diagnose trees. A qualified tree-care professional assesses the tree and recommends what to do.

Does sending a request get me a quote or a booking?+

Not yet. Your request gives a professional the details to discuss the work with you. They may need to visit before quoting. The price and appointment must be agreed separately.

What if I can’t safely take all seven photos?+

Skip any photo you cannot take safely and explain why in your request. Stay on the ground and keep clear of damaged branches, unstable trees, roads, and power lines.

What if the tree poses an immediate danger?+

Keep away and contact the relevant local emergency service or utility. TreeCue is not an emergency service. Do not wait for a TreeCue response.
